Good to know

The Ranch House Retreat is secluded and offers plenty of privacy. The closest structures are approximately 250' away but are separated by a wooded area and driveway. You will also have access to a public walking path through the woods at Oak Hill.

Other Details to Note

Beds include 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen air mattress. 6 guests max unless communicated with the host and approved. No parties without permission. NO PETS, not even service animals. Violators must find a local boarding kennel or will be asked to leave. Smoking and vaping is only allowed outside. Evidence of indoor smoking will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee.

NOISE/MUSIC: Since the LoftDome is located near our other properties, please keep your outside noise level to a minimum. And observe our quiet hours from 10 PM - 9 AM. SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING in the Ranch House. Please SMOKE on the patio. Feel free to use the provided essential oil diffuser.

Neighborhood

The Ranch House is located on private property with a private road (Morse Lane). Two other rental properties are within 100 yards of the Ranch House, but there is very little visibility of them due to tree cover. The owner/host lives on the property in the 2-story house if anything is ever needed and host does not respond quickly via the app.

Guest access

Guests are allowed to access the entire house and portions of the 6 acre woods.

This house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal and there is a BBQ grill ready for steaks just outside the door. There is also a fire pit and outdoor seating along with frisbee golf, bocce balls, and croquet in a pretty backyard space. The location is very quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place!!! Loved our stay here. The kitchen is amazing and open concept with lots of space. The bedrooms were cozy with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were beautiful and squeaky clean. The surrounding yard is beautiful and peaceful. This place has everything you need. The hosts are very responsive and have even left nice touches, like snacks and games. It’s also off the beaten path which made it very peaceful as well. Highly recommend!

Find us

As you enter our private road, Morse Lane, simply follow the road until you see a 2-story house on the left (hosts' house) and the 1-story Ranch House on the right. The parking area in front of the Ranch House is for your private use. However, our properties' laundry room is located behind the garage. So, our cleaners might temporarily use the driveway while getting supplies.
